Honourable Colonial Secretary.

I recommend that arrangements be made with the Colonial Office for the transfer of this patient to some asylum at home as suggested in my letter dated July 15th last.

If it is considered necessary to transfer an European female prisoner from the Gaol to England, as in the case of Mrs. Carew, it is much more necessary to transfer a case like this, from the asylum.
